Vaiu Global (“The Company”) provides software solutions and licenses its proprietary technology and intellectual property to financial institutions, banks, and digital wallets globally. The Company’s Vaiu protocol and architecture, facilitating “CLDT” or “cash-like digital transactions”, is fundamentally a software product akin to a database. It is expressly clarified that Vaiu Global is **not** a payment processor, **not** a bank, and **not** a financial institution of any kind. As such, The Company does not handle, process, store, or manage funds, monetary transactions, or any form of e-money. Consequently, Vaiu Global is **not** subject to, nor does it operate under, any money handling, money transmission, e-money licenses, or any other financial regulatory licenses, either in the United States or internationally. Furthermore, while our software may be integrated into core banking systems and utilized as a component of a banking enterprise stack, it remains a distinct and separate entity from the financial operations of our clients. The Company’s offerings are purely technological in nature and are designed to enhance the capabilities of our clients’ systems, but do not in any way constitute or replace the regulated financial activities of these entities. In light of the evolving landscape of financial regulations, including but not limited to PSD2, open-banking directives, and central bank regulations both in the US and internationally, it is imperative for users, clients, and stakeholders to understand that Vaiu Global’s role is strictly limited to that of a software provider and licensor. All responsibilities pertaining to financial regulations, compliance, and due diligence rest solely with the entities that integrate and utilize our software within their operations. We urge all parties to conduct their own research and consult with legal professionals to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
